Generic subject collections remain available to browse, print, download, and save as favorites. Printing does not require an account.

Private one-off generation

Generic subjects can be generated with request checks, provider safety screening, and a daily limit. The result is returned directly to the browser rather than added to an account, gallery, or public storage URL.

Named character collections

Nine third-party character or brand collections are excluded from public routes, discovery, navigation, and the sitemap until provenance and permitted use are documented.

Legacy cleanup

Previously generated images

Historical creation records remain read-only while old public objects are inventoried. Automated deletion is not exposed until ownership can be proven with a server-owned user/object mapping.

Data minimization

What the current site accepts

  • Browsing, generation, printing, and downloading require no account.
  • A custom subject is sent to Runware only to create the requested image. ColoringFun does not save the prompt or result in its database or file storage.
  • The generated image is returned directly to this browser session. Clearing it or reloading the page removes it from the interface.
  • Account holders may save references to public catalog favorites through Firebase.
  • Product analytics use controlled event names and structured filter values, not raw prompts.
  • No photo upload, public gallery, commenting, or community-sharing feature is available.

Generation safeguards

Checks on every request

  • Only short, family-friendly descriptions with simple punctuation are accepted.
  • Named characters and brands under rights review are blocked before generation.
  • Runware safety screening is requested and flagged results are not displayed.
  • Each network is limited to 10 requests per UTC day and three per minute. The limiter stores only time-scoped one-way identifiers, counters, and timestamps—not the raw address, prompt, or image.
  • No custom result is uploaded to ColoringFun storage or published at a public URL.

A note on content quality

Difficulty labels describe the intended line density and complexity. They are not a claim that every historical image has completed a full print, duplicate, anatomy, or educational review. A catalog-wide quality and provenance audit remains release work; weak images should be removed rather than counted for scale.
